Christy Redmond was born and raised in Louisiana. She attended the University of Central Florida as an undergraduate, where she competed as a member of its National Trial Team and graduated with a B.S. in legal studies. After graduating college, Christy continued her education at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, following her receipt of a merit based Provost’s Scholarship.
While attending law school, Christy geared her studies to further her experience in trial advocacy, ultimately earning a position on DU’s National Trial Team. During her time in law school, Christy also completed multiple internships with Colorado’s Public Defenders Office, which allowed her to gain invaluable experience in the courtroom, including trying cases to juries.
Christy has been practicing insurance defense since January of 2019 with her areas of focus being in first party bad faith litigation, third party litigation, and premises liability.
