Derek Wafer was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He attended college at Syracuse University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. After graduating college, Derek moved back to New Jersey where he worked as a paralegal for a criminal defense and civil litigation firm before attending Pace University School of Law. While in law school, Derek volunteered his time with smaller investors in relation to arbitration and mediation claims. At Campbell, Wagner & Frazier, Derek focuses his practice on personal injury defense and insurance bad faith.
