Kendall was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He attended law school at Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was honored by the Alumni Association as the outstanding graduate of his law school class.
Kendall spent nearly a decade as a commercial litigator and trial attorney, with extensive experience in trade secret, employment, and professional liability matters. He later left the courtroom to serve as in-house counsel for two of the nation’s largest credit unions. Kendall’s current practice focuses on representing credit unions of all sizes in a full range of legal matters, including labor and employment, regulatory compliance, vendor and contract management, collections, and litigation.
Kendall enjoys spending time outdoors with his eight (!!) children and cheering in vain for Seattle sports teams.
